1. Air blower and vacuum: Blower to provide raw materials for the entire system of air, choosing the air blower complied with the discharge pressure according to the designing operating conditions of the vacuum pressure swing adsorption oxygen generator combined with the users’ conditions. 2. Temperature conditioning system: Air temperature conditioning system contained a water cooler and a electrical heater. Pressurized by the blower the air temperature was significantly increased, then after water cooler, the air temperature was down to the operating temperature required by the process and finally into the adsorption tower. The air went through the electric heater to meet the required operating temperature of the process in winter.
3. Adsorption system: Absorption system was built by the two zeolite adsorbent adsorption tower and pipeline valves, etc. Technology air entered the absorption tower from the bottom, when going through the absorbent layer, the nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water vapor was adsorbed The oxygen was output at the top of the adsorption tower as the product gas. Meanwhile, the other tower was at regeneration status. When the absorbing tower was almost reaching saturation, the process air turned into the other regeneration tower to produce oxygen under the intervention of control system. Two absorption towers rotated alternately to achieve the purpose of continuous production of oxygen.
4. Oxygen buffer tank: For the two towers can not producing continuous oxygen, so it is need a comparative buffer tank to satisfy the needs of continuous oxygen.
5. Control system:
(1)The system implementation can make use of DCS control system, and the valve switching realized by PLC control. That a variety of analog sensor signals and the main control system communicate through a dedicated communication protocol, which can sent the parameters of the units to the main control system and to accept remote control signal from the main control system, such as boot and shutdown.
(2) In order to ensure the gas using safety of users, there is a wide range of functions can be set up, interlock, protection, alarm, printing, and recording.
(3)The change of gas needs can be adjusted by the DCS control system by fitting the parameters to achieve a certain degree of energy saving purpose.
(4)The main control system adopts the industrial computer, using special software, with a good man-machine interface, and also can achieve boot, shutdown, and operating parameters in real-time on the control platform. Implement remote monitoring and print records of operating conditions very simply.
