Energy-saving hollow fiber membrane Nitrogen Generator, patent number: 200720094935.6.
Hollow fiber membrane separation technology is a high-tech developed at the mid-twentieth century. The past two or three decades, the membrane separation technology has been developed rapidly, bring enormous benefits to humanity. Hollow fiber membranes are in fact the pores with the same in and outer diameters, similar to the structure of tube heat exchanger. Each fiber is independent, and sealed with epoxy resin at both ends of the membrane groups. Millions of fiber bundles together provide the required surface area. Under pressure, all kinds of gas get different rates of absorption, diffusion and infiltration in the hollow fiber membrane. According to penetration order, we call the high infiltration rate gas as "quick gas", such as oxygen, water vapor; low infiltration rate as a "slow air", such as nitrogen. When gas mixture get through the membrane, the "quick gas" has been enriched at low pressure outside; "slow air" has been enriched at high pressure inside, in order to achieve separation of mixed gases.
